2-2-1: PUBLIC LIBRARY:

There shall be and hereby is established in the city a free public library to be hereafter known as the Deming public library to be established as a proper and legitimate object of city expenditures and operation and as a part of the government of the city. (Ord. 1064, 7-8-2002)
