3-14-3: APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS AND FEE:

   A.   Application provided by the City of Deming to include, NM Business Tax ID Number, location of proposed business, detailed description of the nature of business.

   B.   NM State Permit Application and/or approval.

   C.   Map of proposed establishment location.

   D.   Security plan.

   E.   Business registration fee of thirty-five dollars ($35.00) is required per location. (Ord. 1303, 8-17-2021)
