SECTION 14.05 CONTINUANCE OF PRESENT EMPLOYEES.

Every employee of the municipal government on the effective date of this Charter shall continue in such employment and thereafter shall be subject in all respects to the provisions of this Charter. Within one year of approval of this Charter by the electors, the municipality shall enter into contracts with employees required by this Charter to have contracts.
