SECTION 13.05 DISPOSAL OF PROPERTY.

Upon two-thirds (2/3) vote of the Mayor and Council inclusive, any personal property not needed for any Municipal use may be disposed of in such manner as determined by the Mayor and Council. Real property will be disposed of in such manner as established by the general laws of the State of Ohio.
