SECTION 13.01 OATH OF OFFICE.

Every elected and appointed official of the municipality shall take and subscribe an oath or affirmation to uphold the Constitution and laws of the State of Ohio; to uphold the Charter, ordinances, resolutions and other laws of the municipality; and to faithfully discharge the duties and responsibilities of that office.
