(a) No person shall own, keep, possess, harbor, maintain or have the care, control or custody of a dog within the Village when such dog has been banned by order of a court of competent jurisdiction from any municipality, county, township, or other political subdivision.
(b) No person shall own, keep, possess, harbor, maintain or have the care, custody or control of more than one vicious dog within the Village of Delta.
(c) Compliance with the requirements of this chapter is not a defense to a violation of this section.
(d) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
