(a) Except as permitted by subsection (b) hereof, it shall be unlawful for any person to park or to cause or permit to be parked or to permit to remain parked any vehicle on the streets listed below:
(1) Adrian Street on the east side from Main Street to north corporation limit.
(2) Depot Street on the east side from the south terminus to Providence Street.
(3) Eastwood Drive on the north side from Northwood Drive (north leg) to Taylor Street.
(4) Edgewood Avenue on the north side from Adrian Street to Wood Street.
(5) Elmwood Avenue on the north side from Adrian Street to Monroe Street.
(6) Glenwood Avenue on the south side from Wood Street to the east terminus.
(7) Lincoln Street on the east side from Providence Street to Superior Street.
(8) Locust Street on the south side from Madison Street to Jefferson Street.
(9) Locust Street on the north side from Jefferson Street to Madison Street.
(10) North Madison Street on the west side from Fernwood Avenue to Main Street.
(11) South Madison Street on the west side from Main Street to south corporation limits.
(12) South Madison Street on the east side from the south corporation limits to Main Street.
(13) Maplewood Avenue on the south side from Monroe Street to Madison Street.
(14) Maplewood Avenue on the south side from Harrison Street to Van Buren Street.
(15) Monroe Street on the east side from Palmwood Avenue to Edgewood Avenue.
(16) Monroe Street on the west side from Palmwood Avenue to the 1st east-west alley north of Main Street.
(17) Northwood Drive (north leg) on the north side from Eastwood Drive to Wood Street.
(18) Palmwood Avenue on the south side from Wood Street to Van Buren Street.
(19) Palmwood Avenue on the south side from Wilson Street to Wood Street.
(20) Palmwood Avenue on the south side from Adrian Street to Wood Street.
(21) Parkwood Drive on the south side from Wood Street to the east terminus.
(22) Providence Street on the south side from Washington Street to Lincoln Street.
(23) Van Buren Street on the west side from Linwood Avenue to Maplewood Avenue.
(24) Wilson Street on the west side from Main Street to south terminus.
(25) Wood Street on the east side from Edgewood Avenue to the north corporation limit.
(26) Wood Street on the west side from the north corporation limit to Edgewood Avenue.
(27) Wood Street on the east side from Main Street to Edgewood Avenue.
(28) Wood Street on the west side from Palmwood Avenue to Main Street.
(b) Parking is prohibited on the streets contained in subsection (b) below; however, vehicles may be parked on the following streets on any Sunday or on any legal holiday, except that no vehicle shall be parked closer than twenty (20) feet from a street intersection or in such a manner as to obstruct any private driveway:
(1) Linwood Avenue on the north side from Taylor Street to Harrison Street.
(2) Maplewood Avenue on the north side from Van Buren Street to Harrison Street.
(3) Monroe Street on the west side from Edgewood Avenue to Palmwood Avenue.
(4) Palmwood Avenue on the north side from Van Buren Street to Wood Street.
(5) Providence Street on the north side from Washington Street to Lincoln Street.
(6) Wood Street on the west side from Edgewood Avenue to Palmwood Avenue.
(c) Whoever shall violate the provisions of this section shall be subject to a fine of not more than twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
