339.12 JAKE BRAKES.

(a) No person shall apply an engine brake when operating a motor vehicle upon a street or highway within the Village of Delta in such a manner as to cause excessive or unusual noise.

(b) Whoever violates any provision of this ordinance shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor. (Ord. 99-15. Passed 6-21-99.)
