(a) No person shall operate a golf cart, utility vehicle, or other low speed vehicle on public roadways or on public property within the Village without first obtaining an inspection by the Chief of Police (or his/her designee),
(b) No person shall operate a golf cart, utility vehicle, or other low speed vehicle on public roadways or on public property within the Village without a Certificate of Inspection which shall be designated by a sticker obtained following said inspection process. This sticker shall be placed in the lower left-hand corner of the windshield clearly visible to oncoming traffic.
(c) No person shall operate a golf cart, utility vehicle, or other low speed vehicle on public roadways or on public property without first obtaining a Certificate of Title from the clerk of Courts.
(d) No person shall operate a golf cart, utility vehicle, or other low speed vehicle on public roadways or on public property without first obtaining appropriate license plate s from the Bureau of Motor Vehicles. Each license plate is to be bracketed to the rear of the vehicle.
(e) Whoever violates this section shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
