(a) Flood Insurance Study, Fulton County, Ohio and Incorporated Areas Flood Insurance Rate Map Fulton County, Ohio and Incorporated Areas both effective April 4, 2011.
(b) Other studies and/or maps, which may be relied upon for establishment of the flood protection elevation, delineation of the 100-year floodplain, floodways or delineation of other areas of special flood hazard, include flood or flood related studies applicable to the Village of Delta conducted by other state or federal agencies as approved by the Village of Delta.

(c) Any hydrologic and hydraulic engineering analysis authored by a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Ohio, which has been approved by the Village of Delta as required by Section 1311.24(c) Subdivisions and Large Scale Developments.
Any revisions to the aforementioned maps and/or studies are hereby adopted by reference and declared to be a part of these regulations. Such maps and/or studies are on file at the office of the Fulton County Regional Planning Commission, 152 S. Fulton St., Suite 230, Wauseon, Ohio, 43567, the Fulton County Engineer’s Office at 9120 - 14, Wauseon, Ohio, 43567, and the Village of Delta Clerk’s Office, 401 Main Street, Delta, Ohio 43515.
