(a) Council does authorize and empower, pursuant to Ohio R.C. 715.50, the enforcement of the provisions of the Ohio Revised Code and all provisions of Village ordinances, by the Village Police Department upon property owned by the Village of Delta beyond the Village limits.
(b) This section shall specifically apply to the reservoir property in Pike Township, Fulton County, Ohio and the water tower property on County Road 10, York Township, Fulton County, Ohio.
(c) The list of Village property beyond the Municipal limits and subject to this section may be supplemented by motion and approval of Council.
