135.01 SIGNATORY DESIGNEE.
   The Administrator shall be the signatory designee for the following:
   (a)   All forms and documents associated with applying for financial assistance to the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency.
   (b)   All forms and documents associated with applying for financial assistance to the Farmers Home Administration.
   (c)   Forms AD-621, AD-624, 442-21, 440-4 and 400-1 associated with applications to the Farmers Home Administration.
