An executed signed written contract with organizations that sponsor athletic events or leagues in the Delta Municipal Park must be provided prior to the use of the Village of Delta’s facilities. This contract must include both a hold harmless clause and an indemnification statement that releases the Village of Delta from any and all liability from accidents or injuries involving such events. Furthermore, each organization that sponsors athletic events or leagues in the Delta Municipal Park must list the Village of Delta as an additional insured on the organization’s certificate of insurance (COI).
