931.19 CONNECTIONS TO EXISTING MAINS.

(a) Connections shall be made by cutting out a section of pipe and installing a cutting-in tee in the opening. Only one water line shall be out of service at any one time for making connections.

(b) After connections are completed, class B concrete shall be used to block all fittings. (Ord. 952. Passed 4-19-71.)
