When the applicant is ready to have the tap constructed and connected and before the trench is backfilled, the Superintendent of Wastewater Facilities shall be notified to make an inspection within 24 hours. Inspection hours are daily between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (Saturday, Sunday and holidays excepted).
