921.06 SEPARATION OF SEWER AND WATER LINES.

Sewer lines and water lines shall be separated horizontally by at least ten feet and separated vertically by at least 18 inches, with the crown of the sewer below the water line or encased to insure water tightness which is acceptable to the Superintendent of Wastewater Facilities and other regulating agencies.
