(a) Vendors must be clean and neatly dressed.
(b) No riders allowed.
(c) Vendors shall not pull to the wrong side of the street to service customers. Vendors shall park on right side and walk over to service children.
(d) Vendors shall act as a “patrolman” when children are coming to and leaving truck. They shall be alert to protect children from oncoming traffic.
(e) Vendors shall not sell to customers unless they stay on the curb or berm.
(f) Vendors shall not back up unless completely necessary, then as little as possible after they have checked that no one or nothing is behind them.
(g) Vendors shall refrain from allowing boxes and papers to fall upon the public right of way, and shall pick up any papers deposited in the immediate area of sale by his customers.
(h) Vendors shall not make or attempt to make a sale within a public park, or within 500 feet of any school yard or school playground during the hours when the school is in regular or special session, or for a period of one half hour after the closing of the school.
