   509.08 USE OF MUNICIPAL PARKS; HOURS.
   (a)   The municipal parks of the City shall be open for daily use by the public from 6:00 a.m. until 12:00 midnight.
   (b)   Persons and organizations wishing to use the park facilities for activities which extend beyond the hours established by subsection (a) herein must receive permission from the City Recreation Board.
