(a) The following streets are hereby established as a truck route for the City of Delphos:

St. Rt. 697 from Main Street to West Corporation Limit (W. Second St., State St. and Ohio Street.)
St. Rt. 190 from Main Street to North Corp. Limit (E. Fifth St. and Ft. Jennings Road)
E. Fifth Street from St. Rt. 190 (Ft. Jennings Road to East Corp. Limit.)
Second Street from Main Street to Douglas Street
Elida Avenue from Douglas Street to East Corp. Limit
Elida Road from Elida Avenue to E. Fifth St.
State Street from Second Street to Fifth Street
North Street from State Street to Jefferson Street
Canal Street from RRX to Second Street
Clay Street from RRX to Second Street
Jefferson Street from RRX to Second Street
First Street from Jefferson to Clay Street
