(a) The Mayor and/or Safety-Service Director of the City of Delphos is hereby authorized to issue permits allowing for certain uses for public streets, sidewalks, and other City property and public ways upon proper application by individuals, groups, or entities. Such uses shall not exceed thirty days.
(b) The Mayor and/or Safety-Service Director shall, when necessary to protect the interests of City, require with the application to the City, proof of sufficient liability insurance and indemnification of the City, for potential loss due to bodily injury or property damage, as part of the permit application process.
