Pursuant to the statutory authorization set forth in Ohio Revised Code Sections 735.01 and 737.01 and in the interest of seeking the most qualified candidate for the position of Safety Service Director, Council hereby waives the City of Delphos residency requirement and establishes the residency requirement as Allen, Van Wert or Putnam County.
