151.08 RE-EVALUATION.

Council reserves the right to re-evaluate the designation of the Delphos Community Reinvestment Area after December 31, 2021, at which time the Council may direct the Housing Officer not to accept any new application for exemptions as described in Ohio R.C. 3735.67. (Ord. 2015-30. Passed 8-17-15.)
