Any license issued under the provisions of this chapter may be revoked at any time by the Safety-Service Director, if the licensee is guilty of fraud, misrepresentation or any unlawful act in connection with his business or the application required under Section 709.05 or if the licensee violates any provision of this Chapter. The Chief of Police or his designee has the authority to revoke a license if complaints of nuisances are reported.
