(a) Whoever violates Section 377.02 of this Chapter will be fined $25.00 and be required to complete the required golf cart inspection within 30 days of the violation.
(b) Additional violations after the 30-day period will result in the following fines and penalties;
(1) Failure to register and complete the required inspection following the 1st violation will be subject to an additional $50.00 fine.
(2) Failure to register and complete the required inspection following the 2nd violation will be subject to an additional $75.00 fine.
(3) Continued failure to properly register and complete the required inspection will be subject to an additional $100.00 fine for each additional occurrence.
(c) Whoever violates Section 377.03 of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense after the second offense within one year after the first offense the person is guilty of misdemeanor of the third degree.
