185.13 MONEYS RECEIVED, WHERE CREDITED.

The moneys received under the provisions of this chapter shall be dispersed in accordance with Ohio R.C. 5739.09 (B)(1) with fifty percent (50%) of the taxes collected being deposited in a account dedicated to the convention and visitors’ bureau operation within the county and the balance of the revenue being deposited into the City’s General Fund.
