Payment to the Emergency Medical Service personnel will be made as follows:
(a) When the personnel of Delphos Fire and Rescue Emergency Medical Services Division are called upon to answer a fire call or to transport a medical transportation patient, such personnel shall be compensated as provided by Council.
(b) Payment shall be made by the Auditor on a bi-weekly basis from payroll report issued to the Auditor by the Chief of the Fire Department.
(c) Payments of the amounts specified herein shall be made from the General Fund and any receipts for services rendered by the Delphos Emergency Service shall be paid into the General Fund.
