(a) The elected or appointed City official having authority shall give its consent to organizations to use real property owned or operated by the City to hold events where alcoholic beverages will be sold or consumed.
(b) In order for permits, including special use permits, to be granted where alcoholic beverages will be sold or consumed, the organization shall abide by all Federal, State and Local laws for obtaining such permits and such regulations as may be implemented by the City. Said request is subject to final approval by Council.
