(a) First Ward. The First Ward boundaries shall be established as that area within the City limits from the center of Third Street north to the corporation line and east from the Miami Erie Canal to Monroe Street and then east along the boundary line of the NE 1/4 Section 30 of Marion Township and the SE 1/4 of Section 19 of Marion Township to the corporation line.
(b) Second Ward. The Second Ward boundaries shall be established as that area within the City limits from the center of Third Street south to the corporation line and east from the Miami Erie Canal to Monroe Street and then east along the boundary line of the NE 1/4 of Section 30 of Marion Township and the SE 1/4 of Section 19 of Marion Township to the corporation line.

(c) Third Ward. The Third Ward is hereby established as that area within the City limits from the center of Third Street south to the corporation line and west of the Miami and Erie Canal.
(d) Fourth Ward. The fourth ward is hereby established as that area within the City limits from the center of Third Street north to the corporation line and west of the Miami and Erie Canal.
