FEES

1.   Two-Four Lot Division (Minor Subdivision)

Fees for minor subdivision submittal shall be as follows:

a.    One Lot Division      $10

b.    Two Lot Division      $20

c.    Three Lot Division      $30

d.    Four Lot Division      $40

2.   Preliminary Plan

A fee of $100.00 will be required for the submittal of the Preliminary Plan

3.   Final Plat

The schedule of fees for Final Plat submittal shall be as follows:

No. or Lots

3 to 10            $ 50.00

11 to 20            $ 75.00

21 to 30            $100.00

31 and over         $100.00 plus $1.00 per lot*

*For example, the fee for 31 lots is $131.00

4.   Other fees and charges shall be in accordance with the orders and directions of the appropriate public body.
