I. SCHEDULE A (LOT SPLITS and FLAG LOTS)
The following requirements apply to both Lot Splits and Flag Lots:
a. Flag lots must have an access strip of ground which meets local zoning regulations or is a minimum of 5o-feet in width, running from the roadway to the body of the lot.
b. Minor subdivisions where the body of the lot is two acres or less, should have a depth/width ratio no greater than 3:1 measured along the sides of the body portion of the lot. Lots where the body is greater than 2 acres shall be in conformance with the schedule below:
