Having checked the construction of the streets in the subdivision, I find that they have been constructed in accordance with the specifications set forth on the plans and regulations thereof, and that they are in good repair and this endorsement shall constitute acceptance of the streets for public use. If the streets have not been installed, I am in agreement with the performance bond to insure the completion of construction which has been filed with an approved by the Planning Commission. ______________________________________ City Engineer |
