(a) The Safety-Service Director shall issue Certificates of Registration for the following categories with the applicable fees:
(1) | Building Contractor | $25.00 |
(2) | Electrical Contractor | 25.00 |
(3) | Plumbing Contractor | 25.00 |
(4) | Sewer Contractor | 25.00 |
(5) | Heating and Air Contractor | 25.00 |
(6) | Fire Protection Systems Contractor | 25.00 |
(7) | Fuel Dispensing Equipment Contractor | 25.00 |
(8) | Service Contractors | 25.00 |
(b) No person, firm or corporation shall be required to pay more than one twenty- five dollar ($25.00) registration fee per year.
(c) All Certificates of Registration will expire December 31 of each year.
Registrations for the following year can begin December 1 of the preceding year. It is the responsibility of the contractor to apply for the Certificate of Registration each year.
