717.04 LICENSE REVOCATION.
   The license of any person violating any provision of this chapter, or permitting the same to be violated by any agent or driver, or who wilfully makes a false statement in any application for a license, or who permits any license issued to him to be used in any manner not authorized by this chapter, shall be subject to revocation by the Director of Public Safety. Such revocation shall take effect only after a hearing on the matter is conducted by the Director. A written notice of such hearing shall be given at least five days prior thereto, to the licensee personally, or by leaving a copy thereof at a place of business designated in the license.
