(A) Parking shall be prohibited at all times in all of the alleys within the village, for which the owner and the operator of the vehicle shall be deemed to have committed a petty offense.
(B) The alleys in which parking is prohibited are identified as follows:
(1) The alleys as platted in Blocks 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15, and 16 of the Original Town of De Land, situated in the county;
(2) The alleys as contained in Blocks B and C of Bondurant’s Subdivision of Lot 1 to the village, situated in the county;
(3) The alleys as contained in Blocks 1, 2 and 3 of Bondurant’s First Addition to the village, situated in the county;
(4) The alleys as contained in Blocks 1 and 2 of Bondurant’s Second Addition to the village, situated in the county;
(5) The alleys as contained in Blocks 1, 2, 3 and 4 of Marquiss First Addition to the village, situated in the county; and
(6) The alleys as contained in Blocks 1 and 2 of Wm. Dewees’ Addition to the village, situated in the county.
