SCHEDULE I.  TRUCK PARKING; TIMES.
   A person may, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., temporarily park a tractor, semi-trailer, truck tractor, trailer, or second division vehicle on any public street within the village for the purpose of delivering property to the residents of the village.
