SCHEDULE II.  SNOWMOBILE ROUTES.
   Snowmobiles may be operated on Western Avenue from North Fourth Street to south corporate limits, and North Third Street from Western Avenue to east corporate limits. Any residents not adjacent to a designated route will be allowed to take the most direct public route to a designated route.
