§ 50.56  SERVICE CONNECTION; FEES.
   (A)   (1)   All connections shall be made by or under the supervision of the Superintendent.
      (2)   Before connection is made with the water distribution system, the premises to be served must be equipped with a meter properly installed. Each apartment in any multiple family dwelling shall have a separate connection to the village water distribution system, and each apartment shall have a separate water meter. No installation shall be covered until it has been inspected by the Superintendent and found to be satisfactory.
      (3)   Each dwelling, including mobile homes and double-wide houses, is to be serviced by an individual service line and water meter. Any existing lot which is subdivided in whole or in part that establishes a secondary dwelling on said lot must have a separate service line and meter to any and all primary and secondary dwellings. All secondary dwellings must have an attachment with an individual service line and water meter to the village water supply, and may not have water service which is attached to the primary dwelling.

   (B)   A service connection fee of $250 shall be payable to the village prior to any connection being made with the water distribution system. A separate fee shall be paid for each separate service line and water meter required by the Water Code.
