§ 50.38  RATES.
   (A)   The rates to be charged to private consumers (to include residents and nonresidents) in the said village for water supplied from the municipal water plant of said village shall be ascertained according to the classification of the consumer and to the amount of water used during the month for which the charge is made, and shall be graduated as follows:
      (1)   Private consumers within the village limits:
         (a)   One thousand gallons or less per month: $30 with a minimum of $30; and
         (b)   Over 1,000 gallons per month: $4.25 per 1,000 gallons, or a part thereof.
      (2)   Private consumers outside the village limits:
         (a)   One thousand gallons or less per month: $35 with a minimum of $35; and
   (b)   Over 1,000 gallons per month: $7.25 per 1,000 gallons, or a part thereof.
   (B)   All municipal corporations and political subdivisions of the state located in the village shall be exempt from the payment of any fee or rate for the water used by said municipal corporation and political subdivision.
