§ 50.06  DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   SUPERINTENDENT. The person employed by the village as its certified water supply operator, or any person designated by said certified water supply operator to discharge his or her duties pursuant to this chapter.
