§ 31.13  REPORTS.
   The Clerk shall make monthly reports to the village showing the state of finances of the village, the amounts received and spent during the month, which reports shall be filed. He or she shall make an annual report after the close of the fiscal year, as required by statute, with the total amount of all receipts and expenditures of the village, and his or her transactions as Clerk during the preceding year.
