§ 157.50  GENERALLY.
   (A)   There are three types of nonconformance:
      (1)   Nonconforming lots;
      (2)   Nonconforming structures; and
      (3)   Nonconforming uses.
   (B)   A nonconformance is a nonconforming lot, structure, or use which lawfully existed before this chapter or future amendments but which is prohibited in the district in which it exists under the terms of this chapter.
