§ 30.03  REGULAR MEETINGS.
   The regular stated meeting of the President and Board of Trustees shall be held at the place appointed or chosen by the President and Board of Trustees for holding their meetings, on the first Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m., except when said first Monday shall fall on a holiday, in which event the monthly meeting shall be held on the second Monday of the month.
