§ 155.08  REPORTING REQUIREMENTS.
   Any person, firm, corporation, municipality, or other entity, who shall have obtained a permit to drill a well within the jurisdiction of this chapter, shall report to the President and Board of Trustees of the village all data concerning the drilling, completion, setting of the pump, and testing of said well, including, but not limited to, its initial non-pumping water level in the water bearing formation in which the well is to be screened for pumping, the depth to the pump intake from the top of the well casing, the well’s depth, capacity, water level after drilling, draw down, and any other information about the completion of the well and the testing of that well, as well as any other information which may be reasonably required in order for the President and Board of Trustees, or its engineers, to formulate opinions concerning the impact that such well shall have on the water works system of the village, which such additional information shall be specifically requested by said President and Board of Trustees from time to time.
