§ 155.01  PERMIT.
   Any person, individual, municipality, or other entity shall be prohibited from drilling any well, deepening any existing well, or lowering the pump of any existing well, below its initial setting depth, within ten miles of the corporate limits of the village without first obtaining a permit for such purpose from the village.
