§ 154.04  CERTIFICATE OF APPROVAL.
   If the President and Board of Trustees of said village approve any map or plat of any addition or subdivision submitted to it, as herein provided, a certificate of such approval shall be endorsed upon said map or plat, signed by the President and attested by the Village Clerk.
