§ 153.15  PLANTING OF TREES.
   Any persons hereafter planting trees upon any of the streets of the village shall plant them in a line at a distance 28 feet from the center line of a 60-foot or less street. No trees shall be planted until the line, as provided in this section, shall have been fixed and established by the Village Engineer or Superintendent of Streets at the request of the person or persons desiring to plant trees; and if the grade for boulevard or sidewalk has not been established, it shall be his or her duty to establish the boulevard and sidewalk grade across the entire block where any trees are sought to be planted, and no tree shall be so planted as to interfere with the future grading of the street.
