§ 152.99  PENALTY.
   Any person, firm, company, or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects, or refuses to comply with or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a petty offense for which the minimum fine shall be $50 for each offense.
