For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
MOBILE HOME UNIT OR TRAILER. A vehicle designed for transportation on streets and highways on its own wheels, or on a flatbed or other trailer, and arriving at the site where it is to be occupied as a dwelling, complete and ready for occupancy, except for minor and incidental unpacking and assembly operations, location on jacks or other permanent foundations, connections to utilities, and the like.
