§ 151.20 LOCATION OF CURBS.

   The owners or occupants of property in said village shall be permitted to set curb on the outside of boulevards on residence streets as follows:

   (A)   On Highway, Illinois, Indiana, Eastern, Western and Railroad Avenues, a distance of 14 feet from the property line for each side of said streets;

   (B)   On Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Short, First Street South, and Second Street South, 12 feet from the property line, on each side of said streets; and

   (C)   On Third Street South, ten feet from the property line on each side of said street, upon compliance with the provisions of this subchapter.
