§ 112.33  PREMISES RESTRICTIONS.
   No licensed premises shall be operated or occupied in violation of any building, fire, health, or safety code, rule, regulation, occupancy, or capacity limitation established or adopted by the village, the state, or if applicable, the Fire Protection District for the city.
